Stork was established as a premium alternative to the existing standard Homecare services operating under the HealthNet Homecare brand. Designed to work seamlessly with clinics, Stork is much more than simply a medication delivery service. We are a specialist Pharmacy operated by experts who care. The Stork Fertility Service operates with a range of Fertility Centres around the UK, for both private and NHS patients. We would be happy to put you in touch with our existing customers.


The service


We’ll provide a hassle-free service that complements and enhances your own service. When you send a prescription to us you can be assured that we’ll contact the patient promptly, prepare their medication and consumables accurately, and deliver them as agreed with the patient.

Customer care
Our customer care team is based within our Pharmacy to allow our phones to be manned by trained specialists who can expertly answer any queries and alleviate your patient’s concerns in a discreet and sympathetic manner.
We believe it’s important that our customer care team understand the medication that they deal with so we provide each individual with background training in every therapy area and all employees are able to develop to NVQ level 2 training in Pharmacy Services.

We can deliver to any location within the UK, whether it’s to a home or work address; we can also deliver to the clinic. Refrigerated items can be delivered in validated cold-chain boxes if required. These boxes should be kept sealed and will keep your medication at the correct temperature until you’re able to transfer it to a fridge (within 12 hours of you receiving the delivery). All deliveries will arrive in discreet, plain packaging and will be labelled to show which items need to be transferred to a fridge and which will need to be kept at room temperature. Patients can choose their delivery day, including Saturdays, and we will fully inform them of what to expect and what to do with any refrigerated items. Reliable next-day delivery for urgent prescriptions is a standard part of the Stork service.

We understand that Fertility treatment is a highly personal matter, which is why your patients will never receive anything from Stork that outwardly indicates that they are undertaking Fertility treatment. Every Stork product is delivered in plain packaging, and we will always call your patient prior to delivery to agree the most convenient time and manner to make a delivery to their home or workplace. All Stork team members are trained in professional confidentiality as a matter of course.

Tailored to clinics
Stork has been designed to work in partnership with your clinic. Whilst our primary focus is on delivering an exceptional service to your patients, Stork also offers additional complimentary services such as co-branded prescription/registration forms and patient documentation tailored to your clinic’s specifications. We offer flexible delivery options, administration kits and consumables that can be tailored to your needs.


We understand the commercial, legal and ethical importance of accurate reporting. Stork is committed to supplying timely reports showing supplies categorised by drug, patient, price and date. All of the products we supply are fully batch traced by patient for recall or audit purposes.

Clinic patient numbers and purchase order numbers can be quoted on invoice reports and the reports can also be split by funder.

Who are Stork

The Stork Fertility Service is provided by HealthNet Homecare from its purpose-designed 7,600sqft specialist Pharmacy, based in West Yorkshire.

Our Pharmacy is operated by Pharmacists and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (reg. no. 1113506). We hold an NHS dispensing contract with NHS England; a Wholesale Distribution Authority (no. WDA(H) 41045) from the MHRA and a Controlled Drugs Wholesale Licence from the Home Office. We are members of the National Pharmacy Association and National Clinical Homecare Association.
